Cold bath after workout if good for muscle recovery. Is now like just after workout you take a cold bath , No that completely wrong . Then you workout your body temperature increases and just after workout taking cold bath can increase your heart beat and may cause fever .
So, right time for taking a cold bath is after cooling down letting your body back to normal temperature and then taking a cold bath is correct way.
